In one sentence: if something goes wrong with your parasol that isn't your fault, we'll make it right. No lawyers, no jumping through hoops, no "final determination pending." For one full year from the day your order is delivered.
If it shouldn't have broken under the conditions a parasol is designed for, we cover it. Specifically:

We typically respond within 24 hours, 7 days a week. From there we'll either repair, replace, or refund — whichever makes the most sense for your situation. You won't have to argue for it.
We build parasols we're proud of and we back them with a warranty because that's fair. If something ever feels off about how a claim is going, call that out to us — we'd much rather refund a customer than argue about whether a seam "should have" lasted.
