Everything you need to know about delivery
All orders placed on parasol-co.com are fulfilled by our warehousing and logistics partner. ParasolCo serves as the seller of record and is your primary point of contact for all order-related queries.
Orders are electronically transmitted to our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day. During peak season (May–August), processing may extend to 2 business days.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows. These are estimates provided by carrier partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates. ParasolCo cannot be held responsible for carrier delays beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not order placement. Processing time (1–2 days) is additional to the delivery estimate shown at checkout. ParasolCo does not guarantee delivery by a specific date and is not liable for consequential losses arising from delivery delays.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a verified error on the part of ParasolCo. Promotional free shipping thresholds may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
ParasolCo currently ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (Alaska and Hawaii may add 2–4 business days to the standard delivery window). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Once dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours after receiving this email for tracking to activate on the carrier's system.
You receive an order confirmation email with your order ID.
Your order is processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Picked, packed and handed to the carrier. Tracking number issued.
Package travelling to your delivery address. Track via your email link.
Package delivered. Please inspect upon receipt and report damage within 48 hours.
ParasolCo accepts no liability for delivery delays caused by, but not limited to:
If a delivery address is entered incorrectly at checkout, ParasolCo is not responsible for the resulting delivery failure. A re-shipment fee may apply for address corrections.
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. For packages marked delivered but not received, contact us within 5 calendar days of the marked delivery date. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.
ParasolCo will work with our fulfillment partner and carrier to investigate all damage and loss claims. Resolutions may include replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Cash refunds for carrier-related issues are subject to carrier claim outcomes.
